Purpose of the position:
The ICC is offering opportunities for students to acquire practical and direct exposure in a whole range of exciting areas in general international administration and human resources areas.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the update of the HR website including key HR documents
2. Assist in the launch of the new E-PMDS
3. Streamline HR documentation
4. Contribute to the issuance of HR reports for the senior management
5. Support DHR in all HR operational related activities
ICC Directorate Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to the team with a focus on the following tasks:
1. Recording and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail
2. Shipping activities
3. Updating of office-management related documents
4. Supporting visitors to the office
5. Maintaining and replenishing stocks
6. Scanning and recording of documents for the Director’s office

Education:
To qualify for this internship, applicants must be enrolled or been enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent) or graduation from secondary school in a relevant field.
Work Experience:
Applicants are not required to have professional work experience to participate in ICC’s internships programme, but applicants should have the following functional and technical skills:
1. Ability to use Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel)
2. Good written and oral communications skills with ability to prepare technical documentation
3. Excellent interactive and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
Languages:
- Fluency in English is required (verbal and written)
- Intermediate knowledge of French language is desirable
