ICC provides learning training in all areas of best practices and standards, from Microsoft, Cisco and Oracle technical training to standards-based training in ISO 27001 for information security, ISAE 3402 for audit, ITL V3 for service management, ISO 20000 for service management system certification and COBIT 5 for ICT governance.
ICC learning services, training management and training coordination deliver high-quality, professional ICT training programmes to ICC Clients and Partner Organizations. A wide range of options, courses and course curricula are available throughout the year in the ICC Training Centre in Geneva, at other locations and increasingly in the eLearning online space. Specific courses with customised content can be arranged at any time. Though primarily focusing on ICT technical training, ICC offers business courses aimed at the acquisition of communications, leadership, management and other soft skills.
ICC’s learning services can be bundled into suites of courses or can be taken individually. The Shared ICT Training Services offered by ICC allows for the consolidation of training requirements among ICC Partner Organizations, allowing ICC to negotiate volume discounts with training providers. ICC provides an array of bundled services for solutions that best fit Client needs, from strategic planning to administrative tasks, in line with the standard training lifecycle model.
