The Business Analyst will be instrumental in translating<br \/>\ncomplex needs into actionable strategies, thereby enhancing UNICC overall service delivery to its clients.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #006cb5;text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Objectives of the Programme<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The objective of the Centre is to provide trusted ICT services and digital business solutions to its Clients and Partner Organizations.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong><span style=\"color: #006cb5;text-decoration: underline\">Main duties and responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The incumbent will initially work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Chief, Digital Delivery Division and in close collaboration with all Digital Delivery Teams and other divisions. The incumbent could be requested to do any others tasks of similar level in related fields.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Framework Development and Implementation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under guidance, develop, implement and maintain a robust set of best practices and standards for business analysis within UNICC<\/li>\n<li>In collaboration with the relevant team members, create a comprehensive business analysis practice framework, incorporating industry standards, tailored to the needs of UNICC clients and aligned with UNICC PM practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Analysis for Digital Projects<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct thorough needs analysis and requirements gathering for UNICC\u2019s digital projects and products<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with Clients and project teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and model business processes; suggest improvements and efficiencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Resource Management and Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and coordinate a team of resources as required, which may include direct reports and\/or collaborators from other departments<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate effective teamwork and communication to ensure project success<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources efficiently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure these are met through the project lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Documentation and Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and maintain templates, documentation including requirements specifications, process maps, and project reports<\/li>\n<li>Regularly report on project status, risks, and opportunities to the management team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Continuous Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business analysis practices<\/li>\n<li>Recommend and implement improvements to processes and frameworks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide other ad hoc support either within the team or in other teams as required \u2013 this includes the participation in special projects or support to service delivery for short period of time on a part-time or full time basis upon request from the senior management<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":13,"featured_media":54149,"menu_order":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"jobpost_category":[19],"jobpost_job_type":[21],"jobpost_location":[22,25],"jobpost_tag":[],"class_list":["post-57735","jobpost","type-jobpost","status-unpublished","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","jobpost_category-vacancy","jobpost_job_type-public","jobpost_location-brindisi-italy","jobpost_location-valencia-spain"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>United Nations Jobs | Business Analyst | Brindisi | Valencia | UNICC<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Business Analyst \u2013 United Nations International Computing Center.
