Details
The range of services offered by ICC includes application development, help
desk, technical and operational support for servers, firewalls, network and
other equipment.
Consultations with prospective clients are used to develop a Service Delivery
Agreement that defines the scope of services, deliverables and
responsibilities.
These services are provided and supported by staff with appropriate skills and
experience to ensure that the client's needs are met.
The charges for all ICC services are proven to be competitive against those
of commercial service providers.
