Roaming

ICC offers the following Global Roaming Access Services.

The Private Access Service (SITA) gives roaming users direct access to ICC services and internal resources.

The Internet Access Service (iPass) and Internet/Private Access Service (SITA) are two services that provide roaming users access to the Internet.

Private Access Service (SITA)

ICC operates a gateway to the SITA international network. Users can hence directly access ICC services and their own internal resources from anywhere in the world through the SITA network by dialling the nearest SITA access point. There are about 1,200 PoPs in 170+ countries for this service. The speed of the connection may vary depending on the selected PoP.

Usage charges are proportional to the duration of the connection and to the amount of data transferred. Phone calls to the nearest SITA access point are charged directly to the users.

Internet Access Service (iPass)

Through this service, roaming users are able to gain access to the Internet from anywhere in the world by dialling into the nearest iPass access point of over 14,000 Points of Presence (Internet PoP) in 150 countries. The speed of the connection may vary depending on the selected PoP.

Usage charges are proportional to the duration of the connection. The cost per minute varies depending on the selected Internet PoP’s access point. Access to the nearest access point is done through a local call charged directly to the users or through a toll free call.

Internet Access Service (SITA)

Through this service, roaming users are able to gain access to the Internet from anywhere in the world by dialling into the nearest SITA access point of over 1,100 Points of Presence (Internet PoP) in more than 150 countries. The speed of the connection may vary depending on the selected PoP.

Usage charges are proportional to the duration of the connection. The cost per minute varies depending on the selected Internet PoP’s access point. Access to the nearest access point is done through a local call charged directly to the users or through a toll free number.

ICC’s Remote Access Services (RAS) give users the possibility to access ICC resources, their own internal resources and the Internet. RAS service provides reliable, fast access speed and security to our remote users. The same username and password can be used for accessing all the services for which a user is registered.
