ICC provides administrative services such as consultancy contract
administration, Video Conferencing Services, procurement services related to Service Delivery Agreements, and
delivery services.

Details
- Consultancy Contract Administration ? including the negotiation, preparation, execution and management of the agreement between ICC and
a third party service provider. This service is normally provided in the context of projects that ICC
manages for its clients. Charges for this service are based on a flat fee for each contract raised plus a percentage of the total value
- Video Conferencing Services ? ICC offers the use of its conference room and all installed equipment (monitors, videos, projectors, document camera, PCs, soft board, etc.)
for an hourly rate. The conference room can host up to 12 on-site participants. The communications, as well as, the bridging fees are charged at cost plus the ICC administrative charge. ICC staff
organize all bridging reservations. Technical assistance during the conference can be provided at an hourly
rate if required
- Procurement Services ?
purchase of equipment, material or services (e.g. hardware support) can be performed by ICC within the context of project or service delivery to its users. The services
comprise of market research, price negotiation, product ordering and management and delivery as required. The service is charged as a percentage of the value of the required acquisition with a minimum and maximum fee for each procurement
- Delivery Services ? this service is available for the collection and delivery of computer media such as output listings, tapes and cartridges, as well as, dedicated computer consumables such as printer toner and maintenance kits. This service is offered on a subscription basis of 2, 4 or 5 times per day. Ad-hoc deliveries are available upon request
