ICC's LAN Backup system offers a full and scalable backup & restore solution. Based on FDR/UPSTREAM, this service provides basic backup
& restore coupled with a number of options that target specific issues.
This service can be tightly integrated with ICC’s Storage on Demand service to provide a complete, end-to-end storage management service.

Details
The service requires a software module to be installed on each client system
that will use the service. A backup profile for each client is created and managed on the
UPSTREAM server along with a schedule used to backup data. The schedule is agreed upon between ICC and the customer to respect client requirements and to maximize throughput to the UPSTREAM server.
Charges for the service are based on volume. Rates decrease as volume
increases.
Restores can be performed directly by the client.
