ICC offers many software products for the mainframe, ranging from simple utilities to full relational databases. Software products not currently in the ICC inventory can be procured upon request.

Mainframe software is grouped into two categories: infrastructure and shared. The charges for infrastructure software are included in the service fees. Shared software is charged according to the licensing mechanism and the number of subscribers.

Infrastructure Software includes:

• TSO/ISPF: Online system access
• Bookmanager Online documentation
• SDSF: Spool Display and Search Facility
• Control/M: Automatic job scheduling
• FDR: DASD management system
• FTP: Transfer data to or from other platforms
• RACF: Access control system

Examples of shared software are:

• CICS: Transaction control manager
• EOS: Report archive and distribution
• PL/I: Compiler and run-time libraries
• Cobol: Compiler and run-time libraries
• DB2, Adabas and other Database software
