Details
The organization?s servers are hosted in ICC?s Data Centre. Telecommunication links
are put in place to allow continuous updating of mission-critical data from the primary servers. Organisations
are able to remotely monitor the servers from their own facilities.
Office space is provided to test the facility on a regular basis. ICC
also maintains procedures to permit organizations to invoke usage of the servers in case of a disaster.
The basis for charging is:
- The number and size of servers to be hosted
- The amount of test time required each year and the number of staff involved
- In case of a disaster, the number of days that the site is used and the number of staff to be housed.
