Service Metrics
Since 1 January 2005, ICC is collecting service performance information for the following shared services:
- Data Centre
- DNS
- Internet Access
- Internet Email Relay
- Website Hosting
- Mainframe
- Remote Access
- LAN Backup/Restore
- Managed Hosting
ICC measures service performance in order to monitor the quality of its services and ensure that performance objectives are met.
Corresponding availability and reliability metrics are published on the ICC Intranet. A document describing the various metrics as well as the methods for data capture and metrics calculation, is also posted on the Intranet (Reports > Service Metrics).
These performance indicators allow customers to appraise ICC services.
