ICC launches new websites
ICC launched new Internet and Intranet websites in June 2003. The launch followed a demonstration of the new sites to the 71st Session of the ICC Management Committee.
The new websites are intended to provide:
- Detailed ICC service information
- Improved visibility and understanding of ICC
- Enhanced interaction between ICC and Clients
ICC will continue to develop the functionality of the Intranet site. Planned enhancements include the addition of more detailed service descriptions, service-based FAQs and client portals that will summarize their relationship with ICC.
Client feedback will play an important role in determining the future direction and content of future ICC intranet site developments.
