Activity-Based Costing Implementation
As previously presented to the ICC Management Committee, the Centre?s implementation of Activity-Based Costing (ABC) is complete, and the first benefits are already being seen by the organization.
Quicker financial reconciliation, a more complete model for costing and rates calculations, improved Proposal turnaround time, and the ability to explore what-if scenarios, now provide ICC with the tools to deliver greater business benefits to the Centre?s clients. One of the many new deliverables to clients is a biennium to date budget status report, per SDA, showing funding level and usage. This report is expected to be delivered in 2009 (January, July, October and November).
