Client Account Management
At the strategic level, through the Management Committee, clients actively participate in ICC's governance mechanism. The Client Account Management programme helps ICC build upon this working relationship and acquire a broader perspective on its clients' business and operations requirements. This, in turn, enables ICC to anticipate their future needs.
At the contractual level, each client has an Account Manager providing information on budget and usage, analysing options, evaluating new services needs and opportunities, and answering questions when they arise.
